After all the research such a as primary , secondary , research paper, survey, We reached to the conclusion that Housing is the one of the major concern apart from transport system. There has some already transportation project like metro, public bus system has been going on. Due to lack of proper residence facilities available to migrants and even the residents. There has been a low quality of living infrastructure to all the sectors of society, ranging from Individual small business man to professional such as Designers, Doctor, engineer etc. Due to organically growth of city, There has been already outburst of residence across border of Guwahati. It was found in the research that Guwahati has a condense space for any new construction. For an better understanding we could take example of Edinburgh how a new resident was built for better living and basic facilities such as household, school and hospitals.

It is Nong poh , Ri-Bhoi district, It is exactly the center point of both the cities, surrounded by Greenery valley and 3 organically establish community. The main means of commute is national highway connecting it directly to Guwahati and Meghalaya.
